At age 21 he was living comfortably… he owned his own home on one of the nicest golf courses in Tampa FL, he drove luxury cars and pretty much though he had it made.

However, he was miserable.

He didn’t like people telling him what to do, where to go, how to dress, do this, do that. He felt trapped because how else was he going to make that much money with no college degree or formal training. Then at the age of 25, after racking up a lot of debt, he lost it all… the cars, the house, the lifestyle, gone. Although it was the worst season ever, it changed his life forever.

After meeting with a colleague, he was introduced to the world of real estate and thought he’d give it a try. So he started doing real estate and within the first year of flipping houses made enough money to quit his job and hired his own employees to help him with his real estate business. He was doing deals with students in almost every state. He created FreedomSoft which helps serious investors make money in real estate. He went on to publish multiple books. He was traveling the world, putting on seminars and literally making millions of dollars doing it.

He currently publishes a real estate investing newsletter with over 200,000 subscribers. His company was just featured in Inc. Magazine as one of America’s Fastest Growing Private Companies in 2012.

I just attended the webinar, got all pumped up about joining . . . then wondered what exactly is it that I am buying into. Yes, I took notes of the website, and 12 member team, the book, etc., but i couldn’t get past the question ‘what are they going to teach me to do?’ i have access to all these people, but what are they training me to DO, what is the process? Is this buy-n-hold investment only? Are they going to send me opportunities to invest in? Is this buying parts of prime portfolios for fix-n-flip? is this education aimed to help me create cookie cutter environments in my own city? I’ve been in this business a long time, and i consider myself fairly intelligent, but i can’t figure out the path to profit here. GREAT education, i have a lot of confidence in Ely and his group, but to do what? We are at the start line, running toward the goal of massive wealth, but what are the processes long the way that will get us that income.

I’m sorry if i somehow missed that. I thought i was listening very carefully.

Basically you will be trained on exactly what these experts are doing in their own businesses to make money TODAY… not what used to work 6 months ago. That’s why he says not to buy any more materials, cause they are most likely outdated. The laws change so fast that it’s important to be on top of what’s working, what’s not working, what has changed and what is changing so you can adjust and stay ahead. You’ll also have an opportunity to see things you wouldn’t be able to see on your own. There are things these guys are doing right now with the Internet that will blow your mind. It’s little gems like this that you can implement in your own real estate business. There is also the other side of it which is the buy-n-hold if that is something you are looking to do.

It’s the best thing for a newbie only because you’re getting real time training on things that are working NOW, not 6 months ago. You also have access to a whole team of experts that will show you exactly what they are doing and all the tools and resources they use to be successful in that niche. By knowing several strategies and not just one, it allows you to be more competitive in your market and you know it works because they are doing it. It’s great what Preston has put together. I just listened to one of his promotions to purchase his product for a ridiculous low price. But I keep asking myself, that if everything he is saying is true, then why is some highly successful individual selling a system to do what he is doing. Is this about now making money off people with educational products. You know what they say “if it sounds too good to be true, then it is”.

I just don’t want to purchase some product only to find myself not understanding the stuff and have no way of getting answers to my questions.

Steve, I would hope you would do the same. If you found a better, faster, easier way to accomplish something that made you money, why wouldn’t you share that with others to make their lives better? I realize that not everyone is willing to share their knowledge and expertise, so I guess that’s a personal decision. Preston is the type to share and give back. Of course, he is making money sharing his knowledge and should be. He is a real estate professional just like any other professional. Attorney’s, Accountants, Doctors, Dentists and the list go on… they all charge a fee for their experience and expertise.

I also understand that it’s hard anymore to find products that give you the training you need and the support when you have questions. There is no way to really tell until you try it. That’s why most products come with some sort of unconditional “money back” guarantee. If there is no guarantee, I would stay away from that product. Obviously, if the product creator is not willing to stand behind their product, you have to wonder if it’s any good. I can tell you that Preston’s stuff is good!

I’ve been looking over several RE millionaires’ products lately, and honestly–this one looks really good. Funding sources? That’s a BIG one! How could I propose to purchase a home with no cash in my pocket? I have 2 friends needing to sell their homes, and these are easy early targets for this.

However, since I’m new, I’m curious about something. One RE leader (unnamed intentionally) has an all-in-one system promoting the entire spread of sales strategies for sellers so it’s all done for them, along with some brilliant software. I truly don’t have to understand everything out there–a big deterrent for me since I can swim in info too long.

You spoke of having access to the professionals doing it. Have you “consolidated” this info–since I’m a newbie?

A better question might be this: considering their aim is rental houses primarily, do they keep the focus on specific strategies geared towards this? I’d like to hear more. Thanks.

P.S. How long would we receive the $250-800 payments? For the life of the home? Passive income is true blessing in life :-)

If you guys guarantee in writing that investing a 100K will earn me a profit of 500K then I am willing to share 50% with whoever makes me make money, but it will have to be guarantee as I said. Anyone up to the challenge??

As a licensed Realtor, I find myself wondering if it would be illegal for me to use your system and be paid for what you call “Matchmaking”??? How extensive is your list of qualified buyers and how often is it updated?
